Q1 Why can’t it increase my WiFi speed?
🔑A: The WiFi Booster function increases the range of WiFi coverage. The WLAN speed will be reduced when transmitting wirelessly.

Q2. Where should I connect the WiFi extender?
🔑A: Within the range where the WiFi signal from your original router is good and stable.

Q3 How to reset this wifi booster to factory mode?
🔑A: Press and hold the circle button for 10 seconds until all the lights are off. If the lights keep flashing, it means you accidentally entered the WPS function.

✋✋✋Why I have no internet after completing the settings:
✋✋✋ 📢1. Laptop setup is recommended. In the last step of the setup, the “WLAN password” is the WLAN password of your home router. Please ensure your password does not contain spaces and special characters which may cause setup to fail. Please pay attention to your upper and lower case letters.
📢2. If your router’s WiFi password contains special characters, I recommend changing your router’s WiFi password to a combination of letters and numbers.
📢3. Can you set it up on other devices (phone/laptop) and browsers (IE/Chrome/Firefox)? There may be compatibility or firewall issues.
📢4. Restart your top router and wifi extender as there may be a program bug.
📢5. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
