EliteViser Gaming reports live from Gamescom 2023 the latest and greatest developments in gaming and hardware.
Speaking directly to the developers of the upcoming craft-’em-up survival game NightingaleTRG can confirm that the game will feature an Arachnophobia mode, removing all spiders from the game.
Nightingale is set in a Victorian-inspired alternate future where up to six players at a time jump from one fantasy realm to another battling beasts and collecting loot.
There’s no word on whether these spiders will also be Victorian-themed, swinging saucy bonnets, petticoats, or corsets as they try to devour you. But that doesn’t matter, because during a press demo, it was confirmed to TRG that Inflexion Games will just let you not feel them.
This feature, the developers explain, is one of the most requested features coming from community feedback, however, it was not revealed exactly how it would be implemented or appear in the game.
